When this idea happens???

12 years ago, I prepared my first dish with my grandpa rice, beans, and steak obviously he was there all the time, I was 6 years old. I've always believed that was the moment I knew I wanted to do this. My father studied culinary arts and my mother studied the baking program, so although I liked it, it had a lot of influence. One day talking to my grandfather I decided that this was what I wanted to do, Cook. Talking about this with my grandfather he told me that he wanted to have a restaurant, and that motivated me over the years the idea came up, the name I wanted to prepare. 3 years ago, I had to move from Puerto Rico to Wisconsin so the idea of opening the restaurant in Puerto Rico was discarded. But I saw this as a unique opportunity because the area where I'm located doesn't have Puerto Rican restaurants so it's something new in the area and unique.
